SELF-EVALUATION

I think in my opinion we did a good presentation we used prezi with  jokes, videos that supported our oral explanation. We respected the time  5 minutes each other. In regard to language I looked at the audience but not much because I get nervous, also I read a little this made me lower the note. 

The structure are good we introduced the topic to get the audience attention and we organized our ideas in order of importance.The content I think wasn't bad,  we didin't introduce new information because other groups It had  already dealt. 

Respect to grammar and pronunciation, I prepared a good grammar but not much perfect the vocabulary isn't rich and I didn't use much connectors.My pronunciation isn't bad but my tono of voice is very loose.  

Finally, I think that we little done well the presentation. And I need to improve more what I say and how I say,  in other words,  I have to look at the audience and not read much and not get nervous because that makes worst the presentation.

Obese to heart disease and problems

Nowadays, It's known and accepted that people who are obese are at greater risk of poor heart health. 

Dr Stephanie Chiuve, assistant professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School and lead author of the new study for reinforce the importance of maintaining a healthy weight throughout life. Participants provided information about their height and weight at the start of the study through questionnaires every two years during the study.

The result is over the 32-year period, researchers documented 445 cases of sudden cardiac death, 1,286 cases of fatal coronary heart disease and 2,272 non-fatal heart attacks.

I think this study isn't a new investigation, on the one hand as these study had been done  but not with specific dates and exact. On the other side surely there are far more variables that go in determining someone's risk for something like that.

Russia "plans sanctions" against Turkey over jet downing 

Turkey accuses Russia for the plane that violated  its airspace of fighter jet on the Turkey- Syria border on Tuesday.Tensions between Turkey and Russia, which back opposing sides in the Syrian civil war, have risen sharply over the incident.

As a consequence Russia is preparing wide-ranging economic sanctions against Turkey.Tourism, transport, trade, labour and customs as well as "humanitarian contacts" could all be affected. 

The two countries have important economic links. Russia is Turkey is the second largest trading partner, while Turkey is the biggest foreign destination for Russian tourists.

Finally,I don't see this clear,  I think that Turkey  have damn right because is her airspace. Russian air force destroyed syrian civilians and turkmen villagers. Russian jets did border violation on Turkey's airspace.Turkey always make operations a lot of and every terrorist groups in area and also destroying to ISIS is more important too . But Russia just fight with opposite terrorist groups to Syrian president Esed. The only thing that Russia want is just protects their strategy not  humanity.

My Rose 

A campaign has been launched to find the owner of a heartfelt love letter lost by a migrant on the Greek island of Lesbos. The poem is addressed to a woman nicknamed " my rose"( وردتي).  It was found on the trails used by migrants to travel inland after they land on the island's beaches.

Finally, see that It put me the skin in tip, think that this people lived a normal life like us, some they were married couple with family, others point to will do, others were girlfriends or boyfriends who dreamt of having a future together. After a gust of wind have been destroyed their family and their dreams.

Terror in Mali 

Today an armed jihadists have killed at least four people in a deadly shooting rampage in the Radisson Blu hotel in Bamako, Mali. Six american nationals have been rescued alive but others remain inside with the other 125 guests and 13 employees trapped inside besieged hotel. Also, two malians and one french national have killed while two workers for Turkish Airlines and six chinese national are thought to be among the hostages. 

In conclusion, those who are called as jihadists or Islamic State I don't know who are and what are their goal. But, that I know perfectly is those groups not form nothing of our religion Islam and don't represent us. Our religion Islam it's means peace and not war and blood. I would swear by my life that groups haven't read a letter of the Koran, because but they not would kill innocent people.

Assad's opponents dismiss Russian ideas for solving Syria crisis.

On Wednesday  Russia draft proposal for a process to solve the Syrian crisis. A draft document obtained by Reuters on Tuesday showed Moscow like Damascus and unspecified opposition groups to agree on launching a constitutional reform process of up to 18 months, followed by early presidential elections. 

The next, obtained by Reuters, doesn’t rule out Assad’s participation in early presidential elections, something his enemies say is impossible if there is to be peace. Russia began airstrikes in Syria six weeks ago after insurgents edged closer to government-held areas vital to Assad. It has also stepped up its diplomatic efforts to resolve the conflict that has killed hundreds of thousands and displaced millions. 

In conclusion, I don't know what Assad and ISIS are doing with Syrian citizens , are destroying them all. What they want doing? If millions of people have died. All countries must stop them and not sell  them arms. As these people wouldn't have breathing the same air that we breathing.

Malala Yousafzai


Malala Yousafzai wrote an anonymous diary about life under Taliban (north-west Pakistan). Then she has been shot in the head in October 2012 by a Taliban gunman. That one shocking act catapulted her to international fame.

She was discharged from hospital in January 2013 and her life now is unimaginably different to anything, she have envisaged when she was an anonymous voice chronicling the fears of shool girls under the shade of the Taliban.

A fund set up in her name helps in education around the world. Among other trips, she has travelled to Nigeria, meeting President Goodluck Jonathan to press for action to free the 200 girls held by Boko Haram Islamist Militants 

Finally, Malala is a perfect example of a Feminist who isn't too extreme, and really fights for women rights for the right reasons with pacifism. On of her sentence "if you hit a Talib with your shoe, then there would be no difference between you and the Talib. You must not treat others with cruelty. You must fight others, but through peace, dialogue and education." That statement was amazing, this precious girl was shot in the head by those with closed minds yet she still encourages peace. That is a good starting.

THE EVIL EYE 


The evil exists around world, but evil eye? What we can say about that? It could be one eye of a person to harm another without doing him something concrete only with thoughts or wishes ?

According my religion that God set these envious people with evil eye to cause evil to those who forget about God and believe that a human being as them can harm them or their family. The  believers should know that God is in full control and that no one but God can benefit them or harm them.

Input this seems illogical,however I think that exists. If the evil exists that is cause of human, so why evil eye couldn't exist ?

The viral image

His  name was Aylan. He was 3 years old, from war-torn Syria. His final travel was supposed to end in Europe; but, the difficult situation refugee crisis, consequently  it wears him on a Turkish beach lifeless.

These image It gives me goosebumps, I think not only me,  as a matter of fact it have resound across the globe, stirring public outrage and embarrassing political leaders. As said Mr. Erdogan( Turkey president) that "the European nations that have turned the Mediterranean into a grave for immigrants share the sin for each immigrant’s death, It is not only immigrants who are drowning in the Mediterranean, it is also our humanity.” He has reason, where are the humanity? Or maybe we don't care what is passing? I don't know why all are silent and not  say nothing.

ANOREXIA

In the last years it's look better thin body than fat. This has created many problems of health , because now people do anything for have a good image.

In fact we shouldn't forget that is shake by advertising of the ideal figure of the women or man that show on the communication networks.The other side, also family could be negative effect as their sons look themselves. There are parents that criticize their sons and this cause low self-esteem in them.

Lastly, the young  with low self-esteem were looking for constantly approval in others. The fact to not to accept themselves make them  disparage anyone  part of their body that isn't perfect and makes anything to change it. In spite of put their health and lives at stake.

OPINION ESSAY

IS HUMOUR NECESSARY?

Nowadays, we're all very stressed for anything and humour is one of the solutions to get it out of our head and away from our troubles.

First of all, laughter helps to connect to other people and keep relationships exciting. Laughter unites people during difficult situations. Thus strong and lasting our relationship bonds.

Secondly, humour isn’t only that, most people say that “humour is one of the most powerful tools you have to make certain that your daily mood and support good health”. Actually, this is true because humour and laughter can help to avoid feeling sadness.

In conclusion, laughter helps to dissolve distressing emotions, for that, why not laughter? It’s good and easy to use; moreover we don’t have to pay anything.

Hearing voices, however, isn't always problematic. Less frequently, voices may be kind and reassuring. Some people say the voices they hear are friendly and comforting and enhance their everyday lives.


"Voices are one type of 'auditory hallucination'. Other types of auditory hallucination include hearing music or other sounds – animal noises like dogs barking" 

We shouldn't label anyone without having passed in this case, perhaps one day passed  to her/ his  and next day us.
